The Klatch team will be celebrating the new digs with an April 2 grand open house, including a coffee and beer fusion in collaboration with Claremont Craft Ales, a food truck, plenty of coffee samples and a geisha coffee raffle. The Inland Empire Thursday TNT finale will immediately follow the open house.

The new roastery adds a second orange Diedrich roaster to Klatch’s arsenal, tripling the company’s production capacity. The new facility will also house an SCAA-certified lab for coffee preparation classes, as well as hosting Q-grading training and exams. The education team at Klatch is led by two-time United States Barista Champion Heather Perry, Klatch founder and head roaster Mike Perry, and 2014 U.S. Brewers Cup Champion Todd Goldsworthy.
